1. Right to cancel (unopened items)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused
In original, resaleable packaging
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within a further 14 days.
2. Opened fragrances
For hygiene and health reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
This includes broken seals, opened packaging, or sprayed bottles.This is standard practice within the fragrance industry.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.Your statutory rights are not affected.
